Returns Policy

 

RETURNS

Goods can be returned to us if the customer is not satisfied with their choice. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Goods must also be in their original packaging.

In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the customer has 14 calendar days from the day after they receive the goods to cancel their order. Classic Tiles Blaydon Ltd. must receive written notice within this time frame by hand, post or via email (See address/email details below). Returned goods must be received at our depot within 14 calendar days of cancellation. A refund will be paid within 14 calendar days once the goods have been received and inspected.

CANCELLATIONS

With the exception of ‘to order’ goods (see below), you may amend or cancel your order with us at any time before the order is dispatched. Please contact us at sales@classictiles or on 0191 414 0400 to amend or cancel an order. Orders cancelled over the phone must be confirmed via email. Order amendments of which we are notified after the order scheduling date may delay the previously agreed delivery date and time. We will endeavour to amend or cancel your order as quickly as possible in time for dispatch as previously agreed. Under circumstances where there is insufficient time we will make contact with you to re-arrange a later delivery date and time.

Online orders for ‘to order’ goods are special orders and are placed with our suppliers after the order has been confirmed online. We are therefore unable to cancel ‘to order’ online orders once they have been confirmed and the order will be delivered to you. This does not affect your right to return your order if you change your mind once you have received the product.

If you decide to amend or cancel your order, any refunds due will be refunded within 14 days of our receipt of goods.

SURPLUS TILES

Left over tiles can be refunded within 30 days from the date of delivery. The tiles returned to us must be in good condition and in their original boxes. The customer will be responsible for returning the good to our depot.

Refunds will be issued once the goods have been received and inspected.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@classictiles.com.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are incorrect, defective or damaged. We need to be advised within 3 working days of delivery if you need to exchange your item, send us an email at sales@classictiles.com and send your item to:

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
